Uniknya sebagai ponsel high-end Lenovo membenamkan yang lebih besar dibanding Samsung, Sony dan juga HTC yakni berukuran 5.5 inci dengan resolusi 1920x1080 piksel kerapatan 401 ppi dan menggunakan jenis IPS. Sementara itu di sektor hardware mengusung processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 800, (sayangnya bukan Snapdragon 801) Quad-core 2.2 GHz Krait 400 dibarengi GPU 330 dan RAM sebesar 2 GB.
